In certain instances, CaduceusLink acts as a processor for the application materials you submit through CaduceusLink Apply and for your interview-related information when you participate in interviews hosted on CaduceusLink. These data remain under the control of the Employer to whom you are applying. As a processor, we retain the data until instructed by the controller to delete it. CaduceusLink serves as the controller for all other information you provide during your use of our Sites.
For Employers:
For specific processes, CaduceusLink may operate as a processor for Candidate applications submitted through CaduceusLink Apply and for data you provide to CaduceusLink through Candidate Import. When you sign up for our Candidate Import service, you will be required to agree to a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with CaduceusLink, outlining the terms of our relationship. As a processor, we retain the data until instructed by the controller to delete it. CaduceusLink is the controller for all other information you provide while using our Sites.
The entity within CaduceusLink that assumes control over your information is contingent on your location and the product or service you use with us.
